Welcome to File System Utilities. This Utility program is a specially configured app for the individual needs of Paul and Anne Diotalevi, but others might find these functions useful as well. This utility is a simple method for resetting a files date and time stamp. It also will allow you to insert a random 3- or 4-digit number prefix in front of all files in a directory. This is useful if you want to create your own random list of files for either playing music, or videos.
This is a Windows application.
